Korea administrate invested several money for education because they they saw obvious that education is a base of developing their citizen.
The Asia country invested a lot of money for the education. Why they do like that? because they think education is a important investment, and they believe that education also make them to be a center on the economic.

You will see that Korea has a rate same as UK with 50% approximately, so this mean by Korea is care about the education. Furthermore, they want to be a center of economic in Asia, and they develop education to be same as Europe country.
For my feeling, Korea country has a good administration. There three major reason why I think like that. To begin with, they developing their country in the right way because the education is important. Furthermore, the education will start at children, and they point at the base of their citizen for a good developing. In addition, education not only developing in the economic, but can also improve their citizen in difference ways such as, politic, sport, behavior and language etc.
Therefore, Korea country will be a powerful of economic planing in the Asia, and not a long time Korea will be a important country like the America.
